By registering, adding funds, or placing an order on smm.fo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
1. Account Balance & Payments
All funds added to your smm.fo account balance are final and non-refundable. Account balance cannot be withdrawn, converted back into cash, or returned to the original payment method, except where required by applicable law.
By adding funds to your account, you acknowledge that the balance is intended exclusively for purchasing services available on smm.fo.
2. Orders
Before placing an order, you are responsible for checking the service description, requirements, quantity, link or username, refill conditions, and any other information provided for that service.
Once an order has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel, edit, or reverse it.
3. Service Changes
smm.fo may modify, pause, remove, or discontinue services at any time. Prices, speeds, minimum quantities, maximum quantities, guarantees, and service descriptions may also change without prior notice.
4. No Guarantee of Permanence
Unless a service specifically includes a refill guarantee, smm.fo does not guarantee that delivered followers, likes, views, comments, members, subscribers, reviews, or other engagement will remain permanently.
Drops may occur at any time. Refill guarantees only apply according to the conditions stated in the relevant service description.
5. Delivery Times
Any start times, speeds, or completion times displayed on smm.fo are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Orders may be delayed due to demand, supplier availability, platform changes, technical issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
6. Incorrect Order Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct username, URL, profile, post, channel, or other information required to process an order.
Orders submitted with incorrect information may not be refundable.
7. Private or Restricted Accounts
Unless stated otherwise in the service description, accounts, posts, pages, videos, or other targets must remain publicly accessible while an order is processing.
If you make an account private, delete content, change a username, or otherwise prevent delivery, smm.fo is not responsible for incomplete delivery.
8. Multiple or Overlapping Orders
Do not place multiple orders for the same target while another order is still processing unless the service specifically allows it.
smm.fo is not responsible for incorrect tracking, delivery issues, or missing quantities caused by overlapping orders.
9. Refunds
Deposited account balance is non-refundable.
If an individual order is cancelled or determined to be eligible for compensation, the applicable amount may be returned to your smm.fo account balance rather than the original payment method.
Account credit, promotional balance, bonuses, and coupons have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
10. Third-Party Platforms
smm.fo is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, Telegram, Discord, Twitch, Google, or any other third-party platform unless explicitly stated.
Third-party platforms may change their algorithms, policies, systems, or rules at any time, and smm.fo cannot guarantee that services will continue functioning in the same way after such changes.
11. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for how you use services purchased through smm.fo and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform rules.
You may not use smm.fo for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or malicious purposes.
12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers should contact smm.fo support before opening a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may result in account suspension or termination. smm.fo may provide relevant transaction, order, account, and communication records to payment processors when responding to disputes.
13. Risk of Ordering
By placing an order on smm.fo, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with the service you are purchasing.
These risks may include, but are not limited to:
- Followers, likes, views, comments, members, subscribers, reviews, or other engagement dropping or being removed.
- Delayed, partial, or failed delivery.
- Changes made by third-party platforms.
- Reduced reach or engagement.
- Warnings, restrictions, suspensions, or bans on accounts.
- Services becoming unavailable without prior notice.
You use all services at your own risk. smm.fo is not responsible for account restrictions, suspensions, bans, removed engagement, loss of reach, loss of revenue, or other consequences resulting directly or indirectly from the use of our services.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, smm.fo will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services, including lost revenue, lost profits, account restrictions, account suspensions, lost engagement, or reputational damage.
15. Changes to These Terms
smm.fo may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
By adding funds or placing an order on smm.fo, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service, understand that account balance is non-refundable, and accept the risks associated with the services you order.
